Liz and Mindy founded Engage Grow Thrive, LLC to partner with individuals and organizations vested in improving the NICU experience for babies, families, and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.  We have over 60 years of combined Neonatal expertise and possess intuitive problem-solving skills, a keen eye for process improvement, and a deeply rooted commitment to clinical excellence. Liz and Mindy are committed to nurturing and supporting inter-professional healthcare team relationships leading to improved quality and safety of care for babies and their families in the NICU.

Working Together for Best Outcomes

Engage Grow Thrive has partnered with Dandle•LION Medical to create a summary of evidence in the clinical care of extremely low birthweight (ELBW) Babies. This white paper, titled “Working Together for Best Outcomes: Interdisciplinary Evidence-Based Practice Strategies in ELBW Care,” seeks to delineate key concepts of small baby care, not to provide a comprehensive review. We intend to highlight why the small baby is at risk, key Evidence-Based Practice (EBP), and the imperative to implement EBP using the interdisciplinary neonatal team’s shared mental model of care.
